Frank and Midge met in England during World War II. Mom was in the Women's Timber Corps and was stationed in Wotten-Under-Edge, Gloucestershire when the "Yanks" showed up from America. Dad was an X-ray technician with the US Army 45th Evacuation Hospital.

After writing to each other for three years they were married on June 10, 1947


They raised three children, Bonnie (June 28, 1948), Sharon (November 18, 1950), and Michael (December 19, 1961).

On their 60th Wedding Anniversary 2007

They died within a few months of each other, at their son's home in Jackson, New Jersey.
